Hopewell Music 2022 Year-End Giving Campaign
Board Matching Challenge
Every year for the past 3 years, Hopewell Music’s Board of Directors hosts a peer-to-peer fundraising challenge to help Hopewell Music raise funds for their Year-End Giving campaign. This slideshow was created for social media using pictures from concerts and events as well as audio from a performance by piano student Jeffrey in order to encourage potential donors to give while this challenge was taking place.
Make a difference New Years Eve
I made this slideshow for social media as a part of the final push for donations before the new year. As I was putting the video together I chose to include audio from a performance by the Hopewell Music Jazz Ensemble of “What Are You Doing New Years Eve” so the video would thematically tie in with the winter holiday season.
Year-End letter to donors
I collaborated with Hopewell Music’s Development Officer and Executive Director to make the sidebar for this donor letter. I incorporated a student quote and two organizational statistics into the sidebar design to support the language they were writing for the main body of the letter. I also decided to include a QR code so donors could easily navigate to Hopewell Music’s website as soon as they received the letter.
Year-End Giving Festive Envelope
The snowflakes on this festive envelope were designed using the sixteenth-note from the top right corner of Hopewell Music’s logo!
Festive Email Banner
This banner was added to the top of all emails sent out during the Year-End Giving 2022 campaign to create visual continuity and add a festive element.
